This policy applies to the website gymply.ch. It describes which personal data we process when you visit this site and when you contact us. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). If you book with a business that uses Gymply, that business’s own privacy policy applies.

Hosting in Switzerland
This website and the Gymply platform run on servers operated by Infomaniak Network AG in Switzerland. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary information: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser and operating system. We use this information only to deliver the site and keep it secure (for example to fend off attacks), and keep it no longer than necessary for that purpose.
Contact form and e-mail
When you write to us using the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you give us – name, e-mail address and message, and optionally business, phone number and industry – to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote. The message is delivered to us by e-mail; you receive an acknowledgement at the address you entered.
Our mailbox is also hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations remain.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server; no data is passed to third parties when you visit.
Disclosure
We do not pass your personal data on to third parties and do not sell it. The exceptions are our hosting partner Infomaniak, which processes the data on our behalf and in Switzerland, and cases in which we are legally obliged to disclose it.
Your rights
You may at any time ask which personal data we process about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Please write to the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We update this privacy policy when our website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
