Your data stays in Switzerland
Bookings, members, content and logins are stored on servers in Swiss data centres. We run sign-in, the content management system and visitor statistics ourselves – no US cloud, no third-party trackers. Online payments go through the Swiss provider Payrexx.
Optional channels such as SMS or WhatsApp use external providers and are only active if you switch them on.
Run on green power
The platform runs at Infomaniak in Geneva: data centres powered by renewable energy, whose waste heat feeds the district heating network and warms homes. Our development and test servers run in Zurich on certified green electricity (naturemade) from ewz.
As flexible as your business
Your own domain, your own colours and logo, right down to the sign-in page. If you like, we build you a website of your own (Astro) and a content management system of your own (Directus) – with exactly the content you want to maintain. Features are enabled one by one: your team only sees what you actually use.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a website already?
No. Gymply comes with a ready-made website including booking. If you already have one, link to the booking from there – or we move your content into a new site.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Website, app and sign-in run under your domain, for example yourstudio.ch and app.yourstudio.ch.
Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland, in Infomaniak data centres. We run sign-in, the content management system and statistics ourselves. External providers only come in if you switch on optional channels such as SMS or WhatsApp.
Do my customers need an account?
Anyone can see the schedule without an account. To book, customers sign in once – so they always have their appointments, memberships and invoices at hand.
Can Gymply look exactly like my brand?
Yes. We apply your colours, logo and fonts to the website, the app and the sign-in page. If you want more, you get a website designed just for you and a content management system tailored to your own content.
How much does Gymply cost?
